- Lodge an apple support case request by clicking Here OR phone 0800 127 753
- HINT - get a free icloud account for authentication first to speed things up. Once authorized you will get escalated to the Apple Security Team
- They will email you the next steps
- They will walk you through the rest and potentially refund your cash within a couple of days IF the cash card has not already been spent after redeeming.
